Refund Policy

Thanks for ordering with us. More likely than not, you’ll love your items! But, if there’s any reason you’re not happy with your order, then we’re not happy either. Please choose your size and colour carefully. The measurements are clearly shown on each individual item. These are made especially for personally as we all want to be mindful and do our bit for the planet.

For straightforward returns, you just need to make sure of a few things so that we can get to work and sort out your refund. 

  • Clothes need to be unworn and unwashed, with all the right labels and packaging. 
  • Check the date! We accept returns on full-price items within 28 days and returns on sale items within 14 days. As long as everything’s fine and dandy, you’ll get your money back within 14 days on the same card you paid for the order with. 

UK customers 

It’s super easy to send your items back using Royal Mail. You can then simply drop your package off to your local Post Office but at your own cost unless your item is faulty.

Of course, you can send your item to us using another delivery service at your own cost. If we don’t receive your return, we won’t be able to give you a refund. Sorry!   

Please send your items back to us at: big1chicken, 16 Temple Street, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 3BH, unless your packing slip says different.

Faulty items 

Please let us know if something’s gone wrong. It’s rare but it can happen from time to time. Please email us at hello@big1chicken.com and tell us the problem. We’ll then be in touch to tell you how we’re going to fix it. 

Exchanges 

If you need to exchange something for, say, a different size, the best thing to do is to buy the item again and return the original one to us in the same ways we’ve listed above.
